Ways to pay
A BaridiMob or CCP transfer, then enter the reference in your account. We check the transfer by hand and activate the plan, usually within one working day. Edahabia and CIB card payment will come later.
7-day refund
If you have not used the points of your new plan, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of activation by writing to us. After points are used we review the request case by case.
Upgrades and renewals
You can upgrade at any time. The new plan's points are added on activation; unused points do not roll over unless stated otherwise.
